Kenneth Koprowski, Junior President/Head chef
Kenneth graduated from Western College in Colorado. He cooked extensively in Breckenridge and Crested Butte, Colorado. He has taken courses at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. He has continued his culinary education in Napa Valley. He received management certification through Cater Source, Inc. in Chicago.
