Wedding Menu Package –Vineyard Fair
Package pricing based on a minimum of 100 guests
(Pricing includes food, coffee & tea, and service staff only)
Hors D’oeuvres Passed: Choose 2
Feta and Spinach filled Phyllo Triangles
Bacon wrapped figs filled with stilton or goat cheese
Toasted cups with orange, hazelnuts and shallots finished with gorgonzola and baked
Sauteed shrimp tart with a lemon garlic aioli
Hors D’oeuvres Displays:
Assorted Domestic Cheeses with fresh fruit & crackers
Beautifully displayed fresh Vegetable Crudités with Trifles home-made creamy parmesan artichoke dip
Salad Course: (All salads are plated and pre-set on tables before guests are seated) Choose 1
Garden Salad ~ mixed greens with carrots and tomatoes tossed in a champagne vinaigrette dressing
Trifles Salad ~ mixed greens, mandarin orange, strawberry and red onion tossed in a sweet
honey dressing
Caesar Salad ~ crisp romaine lettuce tossed in a classic creamy Caesar dressing and croutons
Caprese Salad ~ layered tomato & fresh mozzarella with basil chiffonade, drizzled with balsamic & olive oil
Wine Bar Salad ~ mixed greens, dried cranberries, candied walnuts, goat cheese with balsamic vinaigrette
Served Dinner or Buffet Dinner: Includes assorted breads & butter. Select one entrée.

Trifles Chicken ~ Roasted chicken rolled w/ roasted eggplant, red peppers & mozzarella cheese and topped with a Mango chutney.
Chicken Marsala w/ mushrooms in a Marsala wine sauce.
Roasted tenderloin of pork with a thyme port and wild mushroom reduction served on a bed of wild mushroom ragout.
Pan-seared fillet of salmon with a citrus beurre blanc.
Flank steak roulade – rolled with stuffing and portabella mushrooms. Finished with stilton & port demiglace.
Side choices ~ Vegetable: Grilled Seasonal Vegetables, Green Beans or Sauteed Asparagus
Starch: Creamy Risotto or Herb Roasted or Mashed Redskin Potatoes

Trifles staff will cut and serve your wedding cake at no additional charge.
