Wedding Menu Package – Garden Menu  

minimum of 100 guests

(Pricing includes food, coffee & tea, and service staff only)

Hors D’oeuvres Displays:

Assorted Domestic Cheeses with fresh fruit & crackers.

Beautifully displayed fresh vegetable crudités with Trifles home-made creamy parmesan artichoke dip.

Salad Course: (All salads are pre-set on tables before guests are seated)

Mixed greens with strawberries,  mandarin oranges, and red onion tossed in a honey vinaigrette.

Served Dinner or Buffet: Includes rolls & butter. May select up to two entrees.

(entrees and sides are interchangeable at same price point,)

Trifles  Chicken~a chicken roulade of roasted eggplant & mozzarella cheese and a Red Pepper chutney. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal grilled vegetables.

Chicken Marsala w/ mushrooms in a Marsala wine sauce. Served with seasonal grilled vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes. 

Seared Pork Tenderloin served with a creamy mustard sauce. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal grilled vegetables.

Flank Steak roulade with spinach & feta cheese.   Served with seasonal grilled vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes.

A Combination-plate option is also available.  

(Vegetarian option available – Penne Pasta with roasted red peppers in a creamy pesto sauce, topped with freshly grated parmesan cheese)

Children’s Menu – Children 8 and under. $10.95/child

Breaded white breast chicken tenders w/ BBQ sauce, Macaroni & Cheese, and Fruit salad.

Dessert Course:

Trifles’ staff will cut and serve your wedding cake at no additional charge.

Freshly Brewed Coffees & Teas offered to your guests. 

Staffing fees are based each event- A service charge is added to every event.

Additional Rental Estimates:

Standard Tables, Chairs, China, Glassware & Silverware – approximately $10-$20/guest

Linens – Trifles can order linens for you. Pricing varies based on linen size, color, style & texture.

Venue rental booked directly through Thorncreek Winery & Gardens. All beverage service (coffee & tea excluded) is purchased and served directly through Thorncreek Winery & Gardens.
