CLAMBAKE MENU

 

The following menu is based on 50 people at $26.95 per person ---30-49 people $35.95 per person

 

New England Clam Chowder

Ohio Clambake - 1 dozen Middle Neck Clams

Drawn butter

Corn on the cob

Cole Slaw

¼ Chicken, barbecued

Potato (several styles to choose from) roasted red skins, sweet potatoes w/ lime butter, vineyard potatoes w/ Yukon gold, red skins, and sweet potatoes

Greens Salads (Choose 1):

Trifles Salad~mixed greens, strawberry, mandarin orange, red onion, sweet honey dressing

Garden Salad~tomato, cucumber, carrot, balsamic vinaigrette

Broccoli Salad~broccoli tossed with sunflower seeds, raisins, and red onion

Caprese Salad~fresh diced tomato, basil, and mozzarella, tossed with olive oil & balsamic glaze

 

Rolls and Butter

Paper & plastic goods choice of colors

Cookies & brownies

 

Fruit Cobblers are $3.25 per guest. 

 

Price includes a steamer and service people to cook the food.  Extra service personnel will be billed @ $23.00 per hour.  

 

Extra rental needs of any kind can be arranged and billed separately.

Extra clams are $6.95 per dozen- All seafood prices are subject to change based on market pricing.
