Kenneth Koprowski
President

Kenneth graduated from Western State College in Colorado. He cooked extensively in Breckenridge and Crested Butte, Colorado. Kenneth continued his culinary education at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York and Napa Valley. He has been running Trifles since 1992.

Neil MacKenzie
Executive Chef

Chef Neil is Scottish-born and has worked all over the UK & Europe in various culinary roles. His training encompasses many different genres of cuisine. Neil served as an instructor for a local culinary school for six years. Prior to that, he worked as Executive Chef for many exclusive clubs and premier hotels in Cleveland.

Kristin Augusta
Event Sales/Catering Coordinator

Kristin holds over 17 years experience in the food and beverage industry. She has worked for upscale restaurants and caterers across the country, including Columbus, Cleveland, Miami, New York and San Francisco.  Ms. Augusta specializes in culinary management with an emphasis on Private Dining and Catering.  Please contact Kristin to plan your next special event.
