Gerry Koprowski
 Founder of Trifles since 1979

She has recently started Two Flowers Food Company, a gluten free division of Trifles. She has authored a cookbook and produces gluten free food products. She is actively involved in all areas of running Trifles. She knows and loves food!

Kris Koprowski
Controller/Owner

The "go to guy" for all aspects of the business. Kris knows all events from start to finish. He keeps Trifles running smoothly!

Jean Ann Koprowski
Event Planner/Owner

Jean Ann has joined the company in many capacities. She is computer savvy and upgraded all our menus and our programs. She excels in people skills and will be a great help in planning your event. She has been involved with Trifles for the last five years and has twenty plus years in the restaurant business.

As you see the mainstay of our business is the fact that this is a family business and it means so much to all of us!

Neil MacKenzie
Executive Chef

Chef Neil is Scottish-born and has worked all over the UK & Europe in various culinary roles. His training encompasses many different genres of cuisine. Neil served as an instructor for a local culinary school for six years. Prior to that, he worked as Executive Chef for many exclusive clubs and premier hotels in Cleveland. For the past seven years he has been our Executive chef.
